As approved by the Watson Farm Homeowners’ Association membership, the assessment fee for 2009 is $200.00 per household.  To avoid being assessed a late payment fee of $50.00 (pursuant to article 6.10 of the By-laws); please submit your payment promptly by the June 30th deadline.  Please note that late fees and interest will accrue on unpaid assessments and delinquent homeowners will be subject to legal action by the Association's Board.
